Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations as per policy.
  • Refund requests must be made through WhatsApp or direct contact.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.
  • Refund will be sent via the original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer).

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Same-day cancellations
  • No-shows
  • Partial stay usage
  • Incorrect booking details provided by guest

Advance Payments

  • Advance payments may be adjusted for future bookings (subject to approval).
